By default, the flasher uses the USB DTR and RTS signals to automatically put the ESP32 into download (flash) mode and reset the chip after flashing is complete.
ESP32 firmware is typically written starting at memory address 0x1000, the standard offset.
Make sure no other application is using the same serial port while flashing.
